The vast majority of my cases are defense of personal injury actions. I have handled Plaintiff's personal injury in the past, but currently defending.

My entire practice is litigation, but the subjects vary widely, from products liability to legal malpractice, personal injury of all types and employment discrimination.

The vast majority of the cases I have handled were assigned as defense matters from insurance carriers. Those case that deal specifically with insurance coverage are a smaller percentage.

I have handled many discrimination claims, of all varieties, including race, gender, age and harrassment.
