David James Ehrlich

David Ehrlich is the Corporate Counsel for Florida at Turner Construction Company. His practice focuses on contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution, construction litigation, and general corporate law. In 2022, Mr. Ehrlich was named a Top Corporate Counsel by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. He achieved Board Certification in Construction Law by The Florida Bar the same year.

Before joining Turner, Mr. Ehrlich practiced in the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, where he was an Associate on its nationally recognized Construction Practice Team. He later served as Vice President and General Counsel for one of the largest structural steel contractors in the Southeast United States.

Mr. Ehrlich received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, along with his Business Law Certificate, magna cum laude. During his time in law school, Mr. Ehrlich was a member of the Mock Trial Team and also received Florida State University College of Law's Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.

Mr. Ehrlich received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, cum laude. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, cum laude, with a B.S. in Business Management.
