Successful Investigative Hearing

From the point that I initially consulted with Mr. Geer to the conclusion of my investigative hearing before the Florida Bar, I felt that I was in good hands and was being provided superior representation. Throughout the process, Mr. Geer was responsive, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable about... the procedure. Having Mr. Geer on my side provided me with the confidence I needed in connection with my investigative hearing. I definitely recommend Mr. Geer to those of you who are in a similar situation.

Successful investigative hearing

I hired Mr. Geer for my investigative hearing for the Florida Bar Exam. He reviewed my application, prepared me for the hearing, attended the hearing with me, and made me feel calm about the whole process. I was confident during the hearing and the clearance letter arrived just a few days later. I r...ecommend Mr. Geer for assistance with the C&F process and hearings. An experienced attorney during this process will make a difference in your case.

Mr. Geer got me Admitted to the FL BAR!!!

I had a very difficult time dealing with the FL Board of Bar Examiners. I regret not hiring Mr. Geer PRIOR to submitting my Bar Application. Nevertheless, after running into trouble with the stress of non-stop requests for information and documentation, I almost gave up on my dream of becomming an at...torney. Mr. Geer gave me hope and reassured me that he could help me. Hiring Mr. Brett Geer was one of the best INVESTMENTS I ever made into myself, my career, and my family. Mr. Geer is a remarkable attorney with the highest level of integrity, character, and is a very compassionate person that listens, understands, and sympathizes with the stresses of dealing with the Bar Examiners while also trying to study for the Bar exam.

An Excellent Advocate

Earlier this year, I hired Mr. Geer to represent me in an Investigative Hearing to determine my admission to the Florida Bar. Anyone who has received that letter understands the stress and fear that comes with it. Mr. Geer and his gracious wife were there every step of the way to ensure that I kn...ew what was necessary in order to be successful in my quest for admission. Notably, we dealt with the hearing during the current pandemic and held our hearing via Zoom, which brings its own difficulties like taking away the human/emotional element during an argument. Even so, Mr. Geer developed a solid strategy that led to the Board recommending my admission a couple weeks later. If you are in need of someone that will hear you out, provide candid advice, and develop and implement a winning strategy, then I strongly recommend contacting Mr. Geer. This man helped me obtain one of my dreams, and he might be able to help you too.

Effective and Calming Presence

Brett guided me (a law student) through the very difficult and anxiety-inducing character and fitness process with ease. He made tasks required easier and kept me calm throughout the hearing. I received the results I hoped for. Thanks Brett!

"Brett is a highly intelligent and practical attorney. Applying, to the Florida bar is an in-depth and convoluted process that can be filled with landmines. I’m a tax attorney with years of experience opposing the IRS. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners are similar to IRS Revenue Agents except they are auditing your life as opposed to a tax return. Brett adeptly guided me through the process with a re-assuring demeanor. I highly recommend Brett to any out of state attorney applying to the Florida Bar as well as any Florida attorneys with disciplinary issues."
