Biography
Seth Nelson concentrates his practice in Family Law and Family Law Mediation. In 2001, he earned his Juris Doctor from University of Florida, College of Law. After graduation, he clerked for The Hon. John C. Godbold, Senior Circuit Judge for the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Nelson is the sole shareholder of Seth R. Nelson, P.A. that is conveniently located in South Tampa. He is divorced, has a young child and understands that the best outcome of a case is not necessarily at trial. He is known for developing creative solutions to help his clients obtain the best overall outcome for them and their families.
He is a Board Member for the Hillsborough County Bar Association Family Law Section, Member of the Hillsborough County Family Law Inn of Courts and is a former Candidate for Tampa City Council.
