A long-time resident of Florida, Sandra earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Outside of the law, Sandra is passionate about animals. She is a member of the Lowry Park Zoo and actively participates in the Human Society of Tampa Bay’s Feral Cat TNR Program.
