I am the first to agree that my civil rights case is not a multi-million dollar police brutality case. However, it is an open and shut case in which the officer arrested me in my home without a warrant and charged me with a felony without probable cause. The State Attorney immediately dropped the c...ase. I have been fired from my job and cannot get hired because of the felony arrest record. I contacted Maddux office. 2 months later, my phone call was finally returned, they requested more info. A month after that they declined to take my case because there's no money in it for them.
