Biography
I have earned Not Guilty verdicts in almost every kind of criminal case possible, from Open Container violations to Murder, Capital Sexual Battery and Drug Trafficking. I have earned these results in both State and Federal court. I have practiced all over the State of Florida and, as such, have developed relationships with prosecutors and judges from virtually every county in the State.
I have assisted clients with divorce proceedings, child support, child custody and modifications of final judgments of divorce. I aggressively represent my clients in court, while showing compassion and understanding during our strategy sessions in the office.
