Poor communication and too many excuses
The team there doesn’t communicate well between each other. When I had a question I was given numerous excuses related to life not my case. I was told they were waiting for a response to my motion just to find out a week later it wasn’t filled yet. Terrible customer service.

Kristie, took many unnecessary actions in order to charge me. Once I was out of money right before my trial for divorce, she stated she would drop my case if I did not give her rights to my portion of marital home.
