Proudly, I am a personal injury and civil trial attorney.
I put clients first, always! It's my responsibility to make sure that every potential (and existing) client is receiving the very best servicve from me and my staff.
I enjoy explaining in detail to client's the process of a managing a personal injury case from A to Z and why I recommend one strategy over another.
I always discuss how a case might play out in a trial so my client understands the importance of very stage in a case.
I have gone to and won State and Federal jury trials in personal injury and civil litigation.
My successes come from my ability to draw from almost 15 years of legal practice in different areas of law to maximize my client's case compenation.

My previous suspension from practicing law and current probation is NOT related to legal malpractice of any type of a case. It resulted from what can best be described as negligent trust accounting. You can find the details on my profile in the Florida Bar Find A Lawyer section of their website. Fortunately, I learned from my mistakes. I currently have on retainer a trust account CPA and provide the Florida Bar quarterly trust reports. The bar complaint initially filed was not from a client.

Satisfied
Winning the case is what made me do this review. A sinkhole opened up under my home and my attorney was pretty aggressive with the insurance company. I saved a lot and we ended up winning.

Not disappointed
A friend told me about Gil and his law firm. I was always hesitant about hiring a lawyer, it just seemed so expensive. But with my case I had no other choice and the firm made it simple every step of the way. It was worth it and they helped me win my case.

Highly Recommended
I had Gil as my lawyer a few years ago after switching from a different lawyer who was unprofessional with me and didn't seem sincere. Gil is the opposite. He worked with me and listened and definitely keept me up-to-date on what we were doing for the case. I highly recommend him.
