David Benjamin Singer

Mr. Singer is a trusted advisor to business owners, developers, and organizations navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges at the local, state, and federal levels. For decades, he has helped clients move projects forward, protect their interests, and achieve winning results by combining strategic insight with practical problem-solving.

His practice focuses on guiding clients through interactions with government agencies, elected bodies, and regulatory authorities—whether that means securing approvals, responding to investigations or enforcement actions, or advocating at public hearings. Mr. Singer is known for his ability to translate legal complexity into clear options and actionable strategies, giving clients confidence at every stage of the process.

Mr. Singer has represented clients across a wide range of industries and on matters throughout the country, giving him a broad perspective and the ability to anticipate challenges before they become obstacles. He is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, all three U.S. District Courts in Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, and all state courts in Florida and Illinois. He is also a certified mediator in the State of Florida and holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Singer is deeply engaged in civic and business leadership. He serves on the Boards of Directors for Tampa Theatre and the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and is an Advisory Board Member of the Tampa Innovation Alliance. He is a Fellow and Co-Founder of the Vortex Institute, a graduate of the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Leadership Tampa Class (2023), and has served as an Advisory Board Member for Seacoast Bank. He is also the past President of the University of Michigan Alumni Association of Tampa Bay.
