A Very Professional Legal Service

I was given a traffic violation and Attorney Arline obtained a favorable ruling for my case which led to dismissal of the charges. Attorney Arline is experienced, knowledgeable and very dedicated to serving his clients with transparency and effectiveness.

The Only Choice for Criminal Defense

My case was by no means a conventional nor low-profile case; it involved members of Congress, the international media and the defense of charges that are rarely seen in the State of Florida. Regardless of the challenges, Attorney Arline went above and beyond the call-of-duty for this case and handled... it with surgical precision. I did not step one foot in a court room throughout the entire duration of the case. Charles's Motion to Dismiss was, for lack of a better word, brilliant. The Motion was so effective that the State did not even bother with a Hearing for the Motion and filed a Notice of Nolle Prosequi to formerly drop the charges. He maintained a professional candor and foremost protected my interests instead of pursuing personal and professional media glory. In terms of reading the law and litigating, there isn’t an attorney alive that I would place before him -- he’s a true student of the law. There’s a definite comfort in meeting with Charles as he’s steadfast honest with all of his statements; as long as you’re honest with him, you’ll know where you stand with any legal matters as he will tell you exactly how it is and what you should expect. He allowed me to pester him on and off the clock with my concerns and queries and constantly accommodated my schedule. If you’re facing criminal charges of any manner in the state of Florida and you’re within a district where he litigates, you’re a fool if you don’t retain Charles W. Arline as your counsel.

A Lawyer who delivers it all.

Having never been arrested in my 63 years of life, I found myself arrested on a first degree felony after a crazy women accused me of breaking into her house and trying to steal money when I was only at her door for a refund for a crazy horse I got from her. I interviewed 5 different lawyers but C...harles was the only one who impressed me with his contacts and his fast mind and confidence? He was not the least expensive by any means but I asked myself...what is my freedom worth? I made the right decision as Charles got the Felony dropped, the assault charged reduced to a misdemeanor that I will satisfy by community service and all charges will be dropped. I did not plead guilty and was not found guilty. I suggest you spend the money and get the best....prison is hell’s waiting room, especially in Florida.
