Biography
I am a multi-state attorney who focuses on working with business clients. I work with small business clients to help grow their business and develop and implement the necessary systems to help them grow and succeed. I have previously served as corporate counsel for a publicly traded company where I developed: a corporate federal government contractor compliance system, a new human resource and employment program, standardized contract forms, compliance programs to comply with SEC guidelines, and more.
I work with business leaders, executives, and management teams to help merge their legal and business needs. I enjoy seeing small businesses succeed and impacting their growth potential.
