Waiver consultation i-601
In 2008 I had an appointment to ask for advise regarded my immigration matter ,he was apologetic ,answer phone calls and told me to go to my country for apply for waiver and wait there .Was unpleasant appt . Day He made me feel bad!!!!

Replied last December 10, 2014Dear Mr. Leon: I am very sorry that you had a negative experience during your office consultation 6 years ago. I understand that sometimes there are no easy solutions to an immigration problem, and we pride ourselves in providing truthful information, even if that means a disappointment to your expectations. The good news is that, since your 2008 meeting with me, many laws have changed. Although those who entered the United States without inspection may still have to obtain their immigrant visa from a U.S. consulate in their home country, virtually the entire process can now be done while you remain in the U.S. For most of my clients, the trip back home takes no longer than 2 weeks and their re-entry is preapproved prior to their departure. I urge you to contact me so we can see if the changes in law affect your case, and I hope that we will be able to assist you obtaining legal status.
