Stefan Beuge

Born and raised in Germany, Stefan Beuge moved to the United States to pursue his passion for law. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from the University of South Florida, he graduated from Stetson University College of Law with his Juris Doctorate (J.D). Stefan gained vital courtroom experience and successfully argued highly contested cases in U.S. Federal Court while working for a large, national law firm representing Fortune 500 companies. He is a published author and frequent lecturer at legal conferences. With ten years of crucial litigation experience, Stefan’s focus changed when his own personal surrogacy journey began. When he and his husband decided to start their own family, Stefan decided to focus his professional efforts towards helping prospective parents have children. They were blessed with twin boys who are a constant reminder of Stefan’s passion to assist others in creating their own families.

Having worked and traveled around the globe, Stefan believes that the fundamental right to a family should not be limited. Stefan’s practice is dedicated to preserving the right of all parties in Assisted Reproductive Technology. He represents clients in the fields of surrogacy, egg and sperm donation, as well as adoption.

Stefan is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and Washington D.C. In addition to State Courts, Stefan appears before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts throughout Florida.

He is an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and a member of Lambda Legal.
