Robert Sparks is a sorry excuse for an attorney. He was fired immediately after our first hearing. At this hearing he cost me lots of precious time with my child due to his lack of concern for the importance of the custody case I entrusted him with. His response was always late and in confirmed cases, ill informed. His lack of experience in Family Law was a HUGE disadvantage to me in my case. The only thing that came on time was the horrendous bill from his firms partner Stan Givens. I spoke with Mr. Given's to let him know of my displeasure and he could not be bothered with my complaint or my suggestions as to what might be done to correct the problems I had put fourth in great detail. At this point I was forced to change firms (also at great expense.) Main issues were lack of knowledge (bad legal advice), poor communication and over charging for their services.
Domestic Litigation Representing Clients In All Areas of Family Law Including; Divorce, Child Custody, Alimony, Equitable Distribution, Domestic Violence, Paternity Actions, Enforcement Actions, and Attorney Fees Claims.
Robert Sparks obtained the largest jury verdict in a pedestrian injury case in Hillsborough County history – an award of $30 million for his client who suffered permanent and debilitating brain damage after she was hit by a vehicle while walking on the side of the road. The case began with an opening offer of merely $3,500 by the plaintiff, and progressed into the complex investigation of a hit and run incident that was never pursued by the police department. Mr. Sparks’ litigation included acquiring GPS data from the vehicle involved to prove the driver’s fault and disregard for liability at the scene of the incident, and the search for the vehicle’s driver who had moved out of state, in order to obtain witness testimony to fact that the liable company had covered up any involvement in the incident.
Lead trial attorney for the personal injury division, Mr. Sparks has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients for cases involving wrongful death, negligence, medical malpractice, truck and auto accidents, and more.
