Robert Flynn McLaughlin

Robert F. McLaughlin is a Senior Associate of the John Bales Attorneys Trial Team.  Rob represents individuals who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others.  He has been practicing law for 16 years and has substantial expertise with all types of personal injury claims, includingautomobile accidents, trucking, and motorcycle accidents; slip and fall accidents; negligent security; premises liability; defective products; catastrophic injury; and wrongful death claims.  Rob has extensive courtroom experience, to date having served as trial counsel in approximately 30 jury trials over the course of his legal career.

Prior to joining the John Bales Attorneys Tampa team, Rob was a partner with an elite national defense firm and also was an associate with a well-respected statewide defense firm.  As a result of this experience, Rob understands and knows the best ways to fight the tactics used by insurance companies and defense firms to thwart the claims of those who have been wrongfully injured.

Rob was born and raised in Washington, D.C.  After graduating from high-school, he and his family moved to Tampa, where he attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a degree in accounting.  Rob subsequently obtained his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Rob is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.  Rob is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
