Nicole Noemi Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez is a board certified expert in Criminal Trial Law and a seasoned trial attorney known for her aggressive advocacy, strategic precision, and commanding courtroom presence. Since 2013, she has practiced exclusively in criminal law with a relentless commitment to justice and defending the constitutional rights of the accused.

Nicole is widely recognized for her fearless approach to high-stakes litigation. She brings an unflinching eye to the power structures at play in every case and is deeply committed to challenging the quiet normalization of injustice. Her zealous advocacy is marked by a refusal to accept shortcuts, silence, or the erosion of accountability within the legal system.

She has successfully defended clients in some of Florida’s most serious and high-profile criminal cases, including homicides, sex crimes, drug and firearm offenses, DUIs, and juvenile matters. Her work spans every phase of the criminal process—from trial to postconviction, and both State and Federal appeals.

Nicole began her career as a prosecutor in Fort Lauderdale, at the second largest State Attorney’s Office in Florida. She rose the ranks and became a lead felony prosecutor and was selected to serve on the elite Hiring Committee. Her 3+ years of experience as a prosecutor in a high-paced setting sharpened her understanding of the inner workings of the justice system, and continues to inform her incisive defense strategy.

With over 40 jury trials tried to verdict and oral arguments before the Eleventh Circuit, Nicole is known for her clarity under pressure, creative litigation style, commanding presence in the courtroom, and highly effective advocacy skills. She has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” each year from 2021 through 2025—an honor reserved for just 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
