Monica Lee Strickland

I recently used monica and that was the worst mistake I made in my life and now my love one is paying 15 years of his life for hiring her. She missed his sentencing tried to send some other lawyer that wasn't even a criminal defence lawyer to his sentencing. Never went to see him one time before h...e was sentenced and would not let him review this PSI. Now I have to find a lawyer to appeal his case I consider her to be ineffectiveness of council. Don't Make the Mistake I Did.

Monica Strickland is one of the best darn lawers in Tampa, Florida. She is well prepared, trustworthy, responsive, knowlegeable, and kept me very much informed about my case. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a lawyer's services. The bottom line is "don't do the crime unless you are prepa...red to do the time." Regardless, call Monica for the best outcome possible.

I would NEVER recommend Ms. Strickland. She never filed documents,or subpenaed witnesses to prove my case, did not cross-examine opponents witnesses,missed a court date,and broke confidentiality on other cases she was working on,etc.When I inquired about my case her response was always"You have nothi...ng to worry about". Unfortunantly some attorney's will agree to represent you, take your money, and are incompetant, or to lazy to do their job.
