Practice Area

I focus my practice on representing individuals emphasizing a broad range of estate planning and taxation related issues. I assist individual clients in combining wealth preservation strategies and their estate planning goals by planning for and creating revocable trusts, irrevocable trust, and other estate planning vehicles, including limited liability companies and limited partnerships. In addition, he practices in probate administration, guardianship, and business succession planning for family-owned entities. I also enjoy working with small business owners and assiting with the choice-of-entity planning, the formation of business entities, business contracts, such as the preparation, review and negotiation of employment agreements, lease agreements and shareholder agreements. In addition, I represent tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, in their organization and operation.

Hobbies

I enojy spending time with my family and two boys.  I also enjoy plaing tennis, soccer and coaching soccer and T-ball.
