John R. Darin II

JOHN R. DARIN has over thirty years of litigation experience and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the area of

Workers' Compensation law.                                                                            

In addition to his trial experience, John is well-versed in handling appellate matters with several published opinions

 to his credit. John has argued before the Florida Supreme Court and

 was admitted as an Attorney and Counselor to the Supreme Court of

 the United States in 1980.

Also Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator, John has mediated a number of cases to prompt and successful resolutions.  

 John received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit in 1976 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1972. 

In addition to his many professional distinctions, John was awarded a Third Degree Black Belt in Karate in 2010 and he has also competed in the New York City and Detroit Marathons.
