Jason Lawrence Molder

Jason is Senior Counsel in the Construction Law group at Hill Ward Henderson.  He focuses his practice on construction and design contracts, information technology policies and agreements, and e-discovery.  Jason graduated cum laude in 2002 from the University of Miami School of Law, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.

Prior to attending law school, Jason was an assistant network engineer for a major public university, and served in a technical support capacity for both an internet service provider and a healthcare company.  As a result, Jason gained experience in internet technology, network engineering, network security, and client/server systems.  Jason stays current on IT industry developments and offers legal representation and consulting services on Florida matters involving electronic discovery, data policies, procedures, and protocols, technology contracts such as hosting & data escrow agreements, and in other limited areas of information technology law.

Jason is a member of the bar in the State of Florida, and his practice is limited to Florida matters.  Jason also offers e-discovery and ESI training to Florida attorneys, law firms, and in-house legal departments.
