I had a case in FLA. I was sued for a NON-COMPETE by an employer in FLA. I lived in Massachusetts. I received an unsolicited letter from Atty. Gegan. After interviewing several candidates I went with Atty Gegan and I am glad I did. He was forthwith what he thought would happen and the charges. ...He was on time for every event and FILING. He had the case dismissed. 6 months after I received a call stating that there was still $510 of the retainer! I have dealt w/ 20-30 atty and NEVER received ANY RETAINER funds back. I had not met Atty Gegan prior to this case but would recommend him to anyone looking for a favorable outcome and a honest Attorney!

When beginning my Estate Planning journey I was seriously conflicted if this was something I could do myself. I considered possibly cutting expense corners and doing an online DIY kit with forms. DON'T DO THAT!!!! Once I hired Ed, I realized this would have been a HUGE mistake. There are so many is...sues and concerns I had not thought about or considered in regards to my estate. I'm a remarried woman with 3 children from a previous marriage. There were so many situations I had not considered in regards to Estate Planning. When my estate plan was complete it was presented to me in a professional leather type binder with organized tabs. It's truly a work of Art because it's my CUSTOM instructions for my loved one's if I become (let's just say) unavailable. Not only do I have it in a binder, but I also was given the entire plan in .pdf format as well. This has saved me plenty of work in sending out files to entities who are privy to the information. Ed was flexible in scheduling time with me which really was a bonus. I appreciated his dedication and hard work to one of the most important legal matters I may ever encounter. I would highly recommend Ed for all your Estate Planning needs. He is top notch! Don't trust this serious plan to just anyone. Now that my Estate Plan is complete, I am sleeping well at night. Ed did a SUPERB job for me and I hope you would trust in my review as well and allow Ed to take care of all your Estate Planning needs!
