Dominic Anthony Isgro

Dominic Isgro is an associate attorney with the law firm of Sisco-Law in Tampa, Florida. He possesses a strong background in commercial litigation, representing financial institutions in matters concerning loan enforcement, lender liability, banking, creditors’ remedies, bankruptcy, and appellate proceedings with respect to the foregoing. Dominic also defends healthcare providers, durable medical equipment suppliers, and other counterparties to public contracts in cases brought under the Federal False Claims Act. Most recently, Dominic has expanded his practice to include a variety of other civil, criminal, and administrative matters, including representation of medical professionals in licensure cases, defense of tort actions against nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and defense of individuals and entities charged with violations of healthcare laws.

Dominic received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, after which he served as an infantry officer in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. Following military service, he received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was an active member of the Corporate and Securities Litigation Group Moot Court team, a board member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Law Student Association and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and a volunteer with the Alachua County Habitat for Humanity home building project.

Dominic is a member of The Florida Bar, admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
