favorable terms.
• Assisted in successful defense of insurance company against various
charges of discrimination (including race, age and disability) filed with the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
• Represented out-of-state resident in overturning domestic judgment for over
$300,000 and prevented any further collection efforts in home state.
• Obtained six-figure domestic judgment against an international non-vessel
operating common carrier and non-asset-based logistics provider.
• Successfully defended state university against defamation and tortious
interference claims brought by former medical resident.
