* Mr. Landeen stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails towards the end of my case. * The case was almost over - but it was NOT completed. * I was forced to complete it on my own. This cost me additional time and money - and stress - which was entirely unnecessary. * The above includ...ed certain steps I had to take that he had not told me about - this caught me completely "off guard"; cost me more money; and delayed my case further. * I tried - frantically - to reach him on multiple occasions, but finally gave up and "forged ahead" on my own. This seems to me to be not only a breach of ethics, but of contract, as well. I guess that's what you get when you pay the entire fee up-front... BUYER BEWARE!
