Adam Knight is one of the top foreclosure defense lawyers on the West Coast. His appellate win before the Fifth District Court in Samaroo v. Wells Fargo, is easily the most important appellate victory for homeowners in 2014. As a direct result of this case, perhaps the most important foreclosure appeal since Feltus, hundreds of cases that would otherwise be won by banks will now be won by foreclosure defense lawyers.
