Janelle M Miller

Janelle Miller is the founder and principal of J. Miller Law, P.A. She is licensed to practice before all state courts in the State of Florida as well as before the federal courts in the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida. 

Janelle Miller's area of expertise focuses on legal issues resulting from financial difficulties of individuals and businesses.  She has represented clients in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency matters.  Janelle Miller has litigated everything from complex business cases and Chapter 11 bankruptcies to negotiating with creditors on behalf of individuals.  

Janelle Miller attended the University of Florida where she had the pleasure of cheering for the Florida Gators through several National Championships.  After graduating from UF in three years with honors, Janelle Miller obtained her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida where she was awarded with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award.

A Valrico, Florida native, Janelle Miller resides in Valrico with her husband, their two year old daughter, and their Boxer dog.  Janelle is very active with the Junior League of Tampa as well as the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee (SPAC), where she serves on the Executive Board.
