For Probate, I have attended 12 hours of continuing legal education for 8 of the past 11 years. There are several other seminars that I attend each year on probate-both local and with the Fl. Bar.
For 17 years, I was a volunteer attorney for Fox TV news in Tampa where I would anwer questions on legal topics, many about wills, probate, and real estate for 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours/ month.
