William L. Dunker, Sr. (“Bill Sr.”) is a business attorney with wide-ranging experience in complex business transactions. He has represented parties in the engineering, energy, financial, environmental, and general business sectors in a variety of roles, including: as General Counsel for a large independent oil company, Principal and Division Counsel of a major engineering consulting firm, and as Lead Licensing Counsel for a major electric company. Currently, his practice is focused principally in the areas of corporate, business, financial, transactional, engineering, and construction law. As a degreed engineer, a former Naval Nuclear Submarine Officer, and a former Manager of an energy company refining and environmental legal group, Bill brings a unique perspective and broad-ranging, hands-on experience to commercial, industrial, and energy sector clients.
