What my wife and I appreciated about Charles was his honest complete research he did on our behalf. He reseached condominium law as it applied to our case. He gave accurate and convincing statements to the arbitrator and mediator and gave us excellent advise when we needed it most. Would we recommend Charles? Ansolutely!
"Chuck" is a credit to his profession

Upon the sudden death of my husband, I found myself in an untenable situation: household income cut in half, no life insurance, no will, minimal assets, a large mortgage and a potential foreclosure looming. I had just lost my husband, yet faced losing my home and financial ruin, as well.
Charles advised me on my fiscal responsibilities, and helped me navigate the potentially rough waters of mortgage loan modification to a successful conclusion. He forewarned it could be rough sailing, but somehow managed to both calm the waters and my concerns. He was accessible; he dealt with all of my legal needs promptly and efficiently. Today, I mailed the final loan assumption and modification closing papers, and look forward to remaining in my home with an affordable mortgage.
What I firmly believe distinguishes Charles is his genuine warmth and compassion. Each of our consultations began with him looking me squarely in the eye and sincerely inquiring about my wellbeing -- my emotional wellbeing -- and ended with much-needed words of encouragement. It was apparent he cared about me -- as a person, as well as, a client, and was working diligently to improve my situation.
Charles is so much more than a capable attorney: he's an extremely good, kind man. I unequivocally recommend him for all of your general legal issues. And personally look forward to working with him again soon on my will and estate planning.

I highly recommend Mr. Charles W. Malloy. I live out of state and hired Mr. Malloy to oversee my late mother's estate and he was very efficient and easy to deal with at all times. His expertise made this difficult time easier to handle. Always friendly and was quick to answer any questions, plus his guidance along the way was impeccable.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Although Mr. Malloy and I practice in different states, I had the opportunity and good fortune to have him as the other side on a real estate/business matter arising out of the State of Florida. I found him to possess the qualities opposing counsel hopes to find on every case...very competent and well versed in his field(s) of practice. He's a attorney of the utmost integrity, both professionally and personally. It was a true pleasure to be able to work with him in resolving the matter for which we were both retained. I'd welcome him as opposing counsel anytime.
