I can not say enough good things about Deana. I retained her back in 2011 to work on my boyfriends appeal after he was sentenced to 30 years. Prior to contacting her I had reached out to several high profile attorneys who advised me that the minimum they would charge to take his case was $15,000. I have known this lady for several years and have luckily only had to use her once but that one time when everything was at stake she came to my rescue. She took my case with a days notice and showed up to court with guns blazing! I was looking at a minimum of 7 years but more like 15 and with Deana ...leading the charge I did 2 1/2 years probation all court fines waved and I got to keep my license witch was supposed to be an automatic suspension. She seemed very nice in the beginning before we actually excepted her as our lawyer. We decided to go with her I asked her to keep me abreast of our status it was me calling her and when I would she made me feel as if I was a nuisance. If my son would ask her to call he would wait for weeks to hear f...rom her. She told him that she doesn't contact her clients but once and he is asking for too much. I believe this was a tactic to get our money. She doesn't show any interest in her clients at all she made us feel as if she was doing us a favor and wasn't paid for her services. She always seemed in a rush when I would call she talked very fast and if I didn't get what she was saying our asked her to elaborate she would seemed agitated. I just wished I did more research before I gave this lady $3,500 of money I didn't have. My son told her if she didn't want to continue helping us then she could send him all his papers and she did just that, resigned.
