Elle Rudisill

Elle Rudisill is a born fighter - who is ready to fight your personal injury case for you! She has lived in the Tampa Bay Area - specifically Pasco County - her entire life. She is the first member of her family to attend college. Not only did she become the first member to attend college, she did so on a full-merit scholarship at the University of South Florida Honors College. She graduated a semester early summa cum laude (4.0GPA) with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business.

Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Elle received another full-merit scholarship, this time to Stetson University College of Law. In her three years at Stetson Law, Elle obtained her Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. During this time, Elle was the Treasurer of the Stetson Republicans, Vice President of the Federalist Society, and a member of the Business Law Society.

​The first five years Elle practiced law, she was an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, prosecuting criminals in Clearwater and Dade City. Prosecuting provided Elle with exceptional experience arguing cases in front of a judge, from the start of a case to motions and hearings all the way through trial and/or sentencing. Elle handled several hundred cases at a time but made sure to give each one of them her individualized attention. After prosecuting, Elle transitioned to personal injury law, carrying her experience and work ethic with her. She is diligent. She knows how to prepare cases; how to negotiate; and, most importantly, how to fight for you.

In her spare time, Elle enjoys being active in her local community of Land O' Lakes/Lutz/Trinity. She even ran for State Representative in 2018 for District 37 in Pasco County. Her favorite club is the Land O' Lakes Rotary, where she enjoys giving back to the community. Elle's hobbies include reading, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and playing the piano.
