Unfortunately almost a year ago I was surprised with a request for a divorce from my husband. I had no idea how the whole divorce process worked. At my initial meeting, I felt like things were very overwhelming, but Brad MacDonald with Anton Garcia Law, was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgea...ble, honest, and upfront with how things would go and the costs associated. Being able to see the big picture helped to guide my decisions and focus on the future and not the ugliness of what was happening in the moment. He was in constant communication with me about my case and if I ever had a question responded in a timely manner. He knew my kids were my priority and tailored my case around that. I never felt like I was just a client, I feel he took a personal interest in my case and even though he may have had to tell me things I didn’t want to hear or particularly like, he was always honest with me. He never sugarcoated anything and put up with my endless questions with grace and patience. I never felt like I was a pain! I have heard that the divorce process can take a very long time, Brad knew that time of was the essence for me and at one point when I was very concerned about my children, Brad pushed for a mediation to address some pressing issues. When the opposing counsel would not return an email or phone call, Brad was tenacious and did everything in his power to get things moving. I was put even more at ease when the two different mediators I had spoke so highly of the him and his law firm. One even referred to him as a “class act “. All this to say, that 10 months after the process started it has finished and my children are happy and settled and I am very pleased with the outcome! I would highly recommend him for your family law needs.
