Everything I needed
Mike Serrano's law office was everything I needed after a very traumatic accident. He was always super up front and honest with me. I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me on something or to do something that I wasn't comfortable with. He listened to my concerns and when it tough moments came that I needed to stand my ground. He backed me and made me feel 100% secure. He got me exactly what I needed in a settlement and I would never consider using anyone else. His office staff is also phenomenal.

Highly recommended!
I went to Mike with with an auto liability case and no expectations. I had never personally been involved in a lawsuit before so I left it completely in Mike's hands, I always took his advice and never called his office after the initial call. The settlement far surpassed my expectations and I am grateful to Mike for all his hard work and diligence.

Very efficient and straight forward
I had a traffic accident and was liable for considerable medical expenses, Mike took me through the pros and cons of the process, and helped me reach a settlement, which was satisfactory due to the fact I am a foreigner non resident, and was better than a risk a jury. In the end these actions for small values do not compensate the time consumed for all parties.

Great Work Despite Limited Claim Value!
Attorney Serrano handled a wage dispute case for us. Although the dollar value was not very high, Attorney Serrano and his team spent their time to create a valid case and obtained full payment PLUS extra with zero out of pocket expense!

Great attorney
Michael Serrano is an amazing attorney, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great staff everyone in that company is always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. He doesn't treat clients like just another number like the big companys do ,he works hard for his clients and it shows. Hopefully I never need an attorney again but if for some reason I do I would definitely hire him again.

Home Warranty Case
After several months of trying to settle a dispute with a national Home Warranty Protection Company I consulted with and hired Mr. Serrano's firm to represent me. During our initial consultation meeing I found him to be very promt, polite, relaxed but at the same time proffessional. He explained specific steps he would take and timelines in an easy to understand manner. He did what he said he would do and in the timeline he had described to me. I found his fees to be very fair. His actions resulted in a complete settlement that included reimbursement of Mr. Serrano's fees within a couple of weeks. Should the need arise for legal representaion in my future, Mr. Serrano will be my first choice. I highly recommend him.

Honest, dependable, knowledgeable
I had Mike help me when 2 people hit my service truck. He was wonderful and did not take any pay for himself. I was kind of shocked. He just simply knew that life happens and someday I'd remember that. Since then I have hired him 2 times and he's helping just as he's did the first time. Both my daughter and I are using him currently. He always seems to have someone's number when they think they can take advantage of you. Awesome Attorney!
I had been through very tough law suite where my very well known " Billboard" attorney who had dropped me as a client after several years of working on my case. Mr. Serrano didn't hesitate to sit down with me and go over thousands of documents to help me through my night mare. He helped guide me back on track and I am now close to a settlement thanks to his very professional and supportive nature. I honestly can't say enough great accolades about Mr. Serrano. Exceeded our expectations
My family was in a horrible and complicated car accident, and our case was not an easy one. Before finding Michael, I had many lawyers turn our case down because of the complexity of it. Michael, on the other hand, said that he treats every case equal, no matter how big or small or how easy or hard it will be, and he truly does what he says!
