Ms Cox was my second lawyer. The first lawyer was absolutely useless. He made me waste a lot of time and charged me for stuff he didn't even worked on. However, Ms Cox has been an amazing lawyer. She was always in charge of teh situation. She informed me throughout the process and I got my divorce on...ly after 3 months of hiring her. My husband was trying to drag his feet- and he managed to do this for a year with the first lawyer. Ms Cox did everything right including filing Motion to contempt to get him moving. She did want I wanted and worked with me to find the best way to protect me. Very easy to work with kept me informed and gave me good solid consul. Was understanding when I did not take her advice. I would have been so much better off if I did, but I tried to get back with my wife anyway . Does no...t overbill.

This attorney represented me in my divorce and sent me an invoice on the 8th February, then filed a lien on the 9th February without consulting with me. We went to court and spoke and "hugged each other" goodbye on the 10th February and not once in our multiple conversations did she mention that she ...was worried about payment and had filed a lien against me. I paid on the 11th February and was horrified to receive a hard copy of the lien in the mail on 2/15/16 with no explanation. I had to rush and consult with another attorney to get this situation resolved. Dismissal of lien was filed on the 16th February !!!!! That is 5 days after payment was received! She is quick to file against you and takes her time correcting the situation. I felt this attorney caused a lot of unnecessary additional stress and I would not hire her.
