Skilled and he knows what He's doing

Mr. McCluskey answered my calls and helped me to have an injunction dismissed. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He doesn't offer a lot of hype, or false promises but does his best to get a positive outcome. Should I need to use him in the future, there would be no hesitation.

Short Answers, Unorganized, No Time for You

This lawyer has provided me with the absolute worse attorney experience I have ever had. He was often extremely slow (think 2-3 days between responses) to respond to emails and texts. Ok, I get it attorneys are busy. How about when he did respond he often provided short one sentence answers to compl...ex questions that were often literally (i mean literally in a pure grammatical sense") incomplete sentences. I barely ever spoke to him on the phone once he had my money. He'd inform me of court filings sometime way after a response was already supposed to be submitted to the court on my behalf (what good is knowing something has been filed against me or for me to respond to at that point??) When he "represented" me in court, he use no case law to defend me or defend against the opposing attorney, just stood there looking bested; meanwhile the opposing attorney presented all kinds of case law to support her client's position.. There were multiple times he was ordered by the judge to submit documentation related to the outcome of the case, he failed to do so and the OPPOSING ATTORNEY, i.e. the attorney that works against my best interests, had to do it (several times) because he never did. He regularly failed to respond to the opposing attorneys emails, bids for scheduling, or even the court, leaving my case at the whims and will of what worked best for the opposing attorney's/opposing party's needs and interests. I don't know if he was going through his own personal issues or something, but if that was the case he should have recused himself! I cannot recommend this attorney at all.
