During my divorce case, my ex filed a DVI case on me which was all lie and fabricated with no truth at all. My divorce lawyer, Eileen Griffin forced me to go with Mark as they are in the same practice. He was absolutely spineless guy who told me that I should just accept guilty or make a deal with m...y ex. He then started telling me that how good my ex's lawyer Chris Regano was and I don't stand a chance. Both Eileen and mark try to bully me and told me that I should take my ex's deal (in regards to children's custody) if I want to see my kids. I told him that I will speak to the judge and I will not make these kind of deals and support lies. He did not do anything to defend him. He did not even bother to get the pictures and DVD that was submitted in the court. I drove to Plant City and got it myself. Before my DVI case, I looked at the pictures, and DVD and then found out that they were fabricated with wrong dates and showed it (with proof) to Mark. Rather than paying attention to that just before my court case, he told me that I should think if I want to make a deal (again). He was so terrified of Chris Regano that he could not shut up talking about Chris and his father. Basically I paid him for telling me that even if there is proof and I am telling the truth and I have all the witnesses in the world, I should just bow to Chris Regano. He seemed like he was peeing in his pants against Chris Regano and could not utter much in the court. Absolutely pathetic. Others, be warned, that he gets scared of opposing counsel and he will try to misguide you. I am glad that I did not listen to him and Eileen as Judge dismissed my case.
