ew THIS “LADY” if you wanna call her that is TRASH. Like other google reviews say, she is VERY unprofessional. She was also assigned to my family member’s case through Musca law, after the original attorney was tragically killed in a car accident. This lady will NEVER return a phone call no matte...r how many times you text or leave voicemails requesting a call from her. We finally got a face to face meeting (TODAY) with her, after nearly two months of trying to set that up. I was APPALLED at her behavior. She zooms in the parking lot, sees me sitting on the curb (she was already ten mins late). Doesn’t even greet me, then allows me to sit outside the office after banging on the door for twenty mins. Family member and I end up leaving after 30 mins thinking she’s not goin to answer the door. Of course shortly after we leave, she texts us to come up to the office (again, she can’t pick up a phone to actually make a call). She changed the time of this face to face meeting from 12 pm to 1 pm, without notifying the client. That was also her excuse for not answering the door or phone at 12 pm. When we returned to Musca’s law office in Bartow, Cheyenne Whitfield immediately has an attitude. I made a comment about her lack of communication and her excuse was that she doesn’t answer during “zoom call meetings”. My reply was that she doesn’t return phone calls either. Every two weeks she will send a short email and ignore your request for a return call. She evidently didn’t like being confronted and she started screaming, I mean literally screaming at us to get out of the office & threatened to call the cops after I told her I was calling her boss. I wish I would have got it all on video but it all happened so fast and I was in utter disbelief that SHE is a practicing attorney. Beware of this “attorney”. Musca law was contacted about it. Please do not hire this lady. Read all Google reviews first.
