We went to Attorney Lasman upon recommendation of another attorney to create a trust for us. No fees were ever discussed. Upon Lasman's advice we put thousands of dollars in his trust account with understanding we could have access on 24 hrs notice. When we request money to pay our federal taxes, ...to our dismay, one check after another came back with insufficient funds. We will never recommend this man.

My Father an I choose to have Lasman create a Living Trust for my Fathers Estate. My Father had Liver Cancer, an at the time wasn't doing his best. We had one appointment with Lasman an paid him for his services. We didn't hear back from Lasman, so we started calling an calling an his secretary Juli...e was constantly making excuses for him. Anyways story short he still owes my father the money we paid him an nothing was ever done! I have made numorous calls to his office an no one there ever gets back with me!!!

We made a mistake and paid in cash and my husband never have done this before, but he failed to get a receipt. When we saw signs of him putting us off and coming up with a thousand of excuses we wanted our money back so we could find another attorney. My husband made several trips to the office and... several calls and it was always in the mail. I would not recommend this lawyer. He may be knowledgeable but he is very untrustworthy and always saying I am working on it and one excuse after another one. Please be aware. To this day the money was never returned and guess we do not have a leg to stand on.

I retained Mr. Lasman last fall to assist me with creating an Estate Plan in anticipation of the 2013 tax law changes. His knowledge of the tax laws was extremely useful in determining the right strategy to protect my family's assets not only from undue taxes, but also from any potential claims or l...iabilities in the future. Despite his extensive education and training in complex areas of the law, he communicates very well and in a manner which made me and members of my family feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Attorney Lasman.
