This attorney had an easy win case in my situation where the other party was 100percent at fault. However this law firm is ran so unprofessional and the attorney himself does not know his clients personally. I went months and never got to meet him myself, and only spoke to him once when I made a fuss.... They send a representative to meet with you and make it sound so appealing. Needless to say I fired their firm and managed to bring my case back up to where it needed to be. No other attorney wanted to touch it after Dalleys office got through with it. Then after I spent months undoing their damage I have several attorneys who want to finish the settlement part. Don't ruin your case and find a better attorney!!!!! Mr.Dalley is an ambulance chaser and wants quick money. If you are hurt you need to find an attorney who will take care of you!

This lawyer does not communicate with clients. You have to keep on them. They also have let my case to past the Statute of Limitations without acceptable settlement. This particular lawyer gives lawyers a bad name. Do not use him at all. Find someone else with references. I choose this lawyer f...rom the internet and as I am from out of state did not have the chance to go and harrass them to do the job right. Now I am without a settlement at all and nothing that I can do about that.
