Sheri Nott is a superb attorney for anyone who is facing a foreclosure on their house or needs to manage a short sale in Palm Beach County. Her fees are highly reasonable and she cares about her clients. My own experience with Sheri has been very positive -- she defeated a Palm Beach County Summary ...Judgement for me, and has negotiated a short sale which waves any deficiency judgement. She answers questions well, and most of all is proactive when it comes to the defense of your home -- she does not wait until the last minute before taking action. Let me recommend to anyone that you negotiate a flat fee, and not a monthly retainer; you will do far better in the long run if you only pay your attorney for work actually done.
