The buyer had to use a few different lenders, bu...t Sheri worked with one of the lenders before and was able to get a true response about how the loan was progressing. Sheri is going to handle our trust work next as I have full confidence in her. I highly recommend her for your real estate, title work, and any trust or estate planning needs.

I hired them to perform a short sale on my house. They told me I was entitled to a full refund if a short sale wasnt reached. They also said there would be no out of pocket expenses whatsoever and that it normally takes 3-6 months. Nearly two years later the bank was moving forward with foreclosure s...o the short sale option was over. They refused to give me back my refund despite it being written into the contract. They said all they needed to do was get an accepted price from the bank, not exactly a completed sale. I could have done that myself. In addition, the last interested party in buying my house backed out and we were left with zero interested parties. That didnt stop Nott from emailing me days later saying we had a closing coming up and I must send them a check immediately for $500 for tax title, and lien searches. My Realtor said three days earlier that there was no closing or offers whatsoever. I responded to the email about the $500 asking what they were talking about and they never responded. In the nearly two years of service, they ignored my calls and emails and gave terrible service all around. I'm amazed these people are in business.

Used her to help with short sale of my house. Completely uncommunicative. I paid upfront - big mistake. Her assistant Shane was equally awful. They did nothing for me - I had to call bank myself and work out the transaction. Ms. Nott never returned any of my calls. It was easier working with Ba...nk of America than with her office.

Sheri Nott and her very responsive staff handled the closing for me and my husband. They were extremely helpful as we had a difficult buyer and their lender was very hard to reach. Sheri is extremely smart and handled the whole closing very professionally. She is now going to assist my mother with... her closing as I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
