Biography
For my entire career, my practice has been fully devoted to civil litigation. Cases I have handled include personal injury, business disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property issues, contract and agreement disputes, and others. During my career, I have handled mediations and arbitrations, as well as tried multple cases to final verdict (jury and bench trials), and taken on appeals. In addition to being admitted to the State courts of Florida, I am also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

An attorney that puts the client first
I am a current client of Mr. Schley and I must say he is an excellent Attorney. When I fired my initial attorneys, my case was over. Mr Schley brought it back and we put up a good fight at trial. He is still representing me and my Company. I believe he's one of the best attorney the tri-county has.
