Had Contract, she was unable to perform her side of it, She couldn't even get us into court. She only contacted us when she wanted payment. I retained Agnes Hollingshead on 6/26/2013 for my case against my Ex-Husband, he is in contempt of court. We made payment arrangements and I lived up to each one.... All she had to do was get him into court, on contempt. She assured me it would be no problem, and we would be in court before September. So at first she kept in contact with me, then basically she stopped communicating with me in late august through almost all of September, until the week of her payment schedule, then explained she had been sick. So, this is how it went until last week, she would call me about 3 days before her payment was due, and then tell me she was working on it, and that we will have a court date, then after her payment was received no communication, until the next month. I have lived up to my side of the contract, but it seems she does not want to or is incapable.
