Ashley - Performed exceptionally well on my behalf but not only as a lawyer but also as a strong caring advocate. I felt both supremely defended and well represented with her in my corner. I'm so thankful I took a good friends strong referral and called her, it made all the difference
Ashley Bustamante, has stood by my side (several times), successfully representing me in family court.
Ashley is BAR NONE - She is that 1% of lawyers that truly cares. She is honest/transparent, calming, communicative, empathic, sharp, quick witted, highly knowledge and she’s always 2 steps ahead of opposing council .
She’s not just a wonderful attorney but she’s an honest, positive and wonderful human being.
Ashley has been my light by giving me the strength to persevere through the dark times.
Unfortunately, I know a little bit about attorneys as I’ve been through at least 20 within 5 years .... until I found Ashley. I knew instantly she was my perfect fit!
Thank you Ashley, for all you have done and continue to do. I’d still be afraid and floundering alone if I hadn’t found you. I’m so grateful and appreciative to you.
Ashley M. Bustamante has dedicated her career to the practice of marital and family law, focusing on divorce litigation, complex custody disputes, post-dissolution issues, and appeals. Prior to joining Beaulieu-Fawcett, Ashley worked as an Associate Attorney at a marital and family law firm, where she initially found her passion for family law. She also worked as an Associate Attorney for a boutique real estate and civil litigation law firm, where she gained experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, trust and estate issues, and guardianship matters.
Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she majored in Political Science and Communications. She then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned her juris doctorate degree. While attending law school, Ashley edited for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, held an executive position in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and served as a teacher’s assistant for Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. During her second summer in law school, she gained appellate experience while serving as a Judicial Intern at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where she reviewed appellate briefs and wrote bench memoranda.
