I hired Salvatore Ciccone for a tenant eviction in Florida. He instructed me to Zelle him the rent money to deposit with the court. He held my funds for three weeks and did not deposit. He also missed crucial paperwork deadlines in my case, this cause significant deadlines giving the tenants more tim...e at my property as a result of the delays, the tenants caused significant damage to my property. Unprofessional and dishonest. Salvatore Ciccone told me my case changed from eviction to a security deposit issue, forcing me to pay more money, which was a complete untruth. Misrepresented case details to get more money ($500 ) He failed to defend me and left me at the last minute to handle the court hearing alone. He did send Back my $500, when he give me the choice to fired him 2 days before the hearing which I gladly did. The judge told me that never was a case about the security deposit against the rent money in court. He is not a recomendable lawyer if you want someone who actually works for you.

NOT TRANSPARENT & TRICKY. He presents himself as honest and transparent lawyer, but when I received agreement to review it was tricky with setting up client for unexpected expenses, even though we discussed differently verbally. When I asked him to edit the terms even by email in order to get clarity... so there is no surprises, he ghosted me and bailed and stopped responding. Not even curtesy reply, and wasted bunch of my time.IF YOU WANT TO WORK WITH HIM MAKE SURE TO READ THE AGREEMENT AND UNLESS YOUR TERMS ARE IN WRITING, DO NOT TRUST HIM AS IT MOST LIKELY WILL COST YOU. Personally I hate tricksters and dishonorable lawyers.

So professional, honest and close eyes truthful attorney. 3 eviction done. He is time record 4 weeks he kick bad tenants out, bad that my county process cases behind if not 3 week or less. I am so glad we count with him as attorney! And a plus the more affordable attorney you will find, that track ca...ses on his own, he don't rely your case on others. Thank you so much Salvatore!
