Michael Andrew Simko

Andrew is a dedicated and accomplished legal professional with deep roots in Florida. Having grown up in Jupiter and graduated from both Jupiter High School and the University of Central Florida, he has always been committed to his community. His passion for law led him to further his education at Stetson University College of Law, where he honed his skills in advocacy, earning a Certificate in Advocacy from the nation's top-ranked Trial Advocacy Program.

Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to justice. He gained valuable experience early on by working at a civil law firm, handling a diverse range of legal matters, particularly Personal Injury claims. Building on this experience, he moved to the Prosecutor's Office in Clearwater, Florida, where he excelled in trying cases, from Felonies to DUIs, before juries.

Andrew's dedication and determination paid off as he successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam on his first attempt and subsequently served as a respected prosecutor in Palm Beach County. His time as a Lead Prosecuting Attorney in both County Court and the Felony Division showcased his leadership abilities and legal expertise.

Currently, Andrew has transitioned his focus to helping those who have been injured in accidents, as well as defending individuals facing DUI and criminal charges. His strong advocacy skills and genuine concern for his clients make him a trusted and compassionate advocate.

Outside of the courtroom, Andrew cherishes his family life, enjoying precious moments with his wife, Cara, and their two sons. As a lifelong Floridian, Andrew remains deeply committed to making a positive impact in his community and providing dedicated legal representation to those in need.
