Glenn Myles Mednick

Mr. Mednick was hired to challenge a will and trust. At the start he said the case was good and he was paid a large sum of money. Once he received the money he appeared disinterested in the case and despite repeating myself about what happened, he did not take it onboard. He filed against the wil...l and trust on my behalf, but did a poor job and due to his lack of care I lost the case. I have a new lawyer who reviewed what he filed and it was found that had he not filed the challenge the way he did I stood a good chance of winning. Now, the new lawyer has been doing damage limitation that has cost a lot of money in litigation. He showed a lack of due care and professionalism.
