I have a passion for helping people through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Having spent many years litigating highly contested civil and family cases, the focus of my firm is to help clients and their families by offering guidance and quality legal services that minimize the need for contested litigation. I now enjoy all of my time spent as a Mediator and when I am not mediating cases, I focus my efforts on uncontested family matters where I can truly help those that essentially have an agreement, they simply need help finalizing it in a collaborative effort so they can get divorced with digntity and respect. I pride myself in offering affordable uncontested Divorce plans to clients, as well as, an affordable flat rate for a Last Will and Testament (including a Living Will, Health Care Surrogate and Durable Power of Attorney).

I pride myself in offering quality legal experience at an affordable rate. I also enjoy handling family appeals, adoptions, prenuptial agreements and other non litigation services. 

The only in court litigation I currently focus on, other than appeals, is personal injury, for those clients injured through no fault of their own.
