Upon closing of my new house, it was determined that it should be tented for pest control reasons. They advised It was scheduled for a Tuesday, for which I had made arrangements to have my cat and myself out Tuesday early AM. On Monday, I got home to find the house already tented and fumigated. My p...et cat still inside, and killed. I called pest control company who had little to say and could not explain how they switched the days. Mr. Chiapperini was my counsel on what could be done to hold them accountable. He advised me as to the law and how best to proceed.
